All orders will be fulfilled in the overseas factories under our supervision, starting from the very moment we receive a purchase order until it gets delivered. We understand how important it is for quality control, and how critical the timing could be for an event. That is why we only use our own sophisticated overseas quality control team to process each order. We have established an alliance with UPS to expedite the shipping for those time-sensitive orders. We take the full responsibility to ensure every order is handled with care, and to meet the customers satisfaction.
